I understand that service calls are billed as time and material. I understand that there is a two hour arrival time window. I understand that the service rates above do not include highway tolls or ferry charges. I understand that I need to have all passwords ready for equipment available (routers, internet, etc). I understand that there needs to be a clear work space for technicians and that Freedom Systems is not responsible for moving anything. If they do have to move something, Freedom Systems is not responsible for any damage.
